How do I place an order?
We've made online shopping easy for your pets! Just follow the steps below to locate and purchase your favorite products on our website.

Browse the site to locate the items you want to buy.

When you find products you would like to purchase, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc. and add the items to your cart.

When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page. (To get to the shopping cart page, click on the Shopping Cart image at the top of the page.)

Fill in all of the required information on the shipping and billing pages. If you have forgotten to fill in a required field, we will alert you to the area in red text so you can go back and try again. Complete the required field with the requested information and continue to checkout again.

Review your order before submitting to verify all of the information is correct and to get your calculated order total.

Please Note: If you are experiencing difficulties submitting your order, email us or contact us at and describe the difficulties you are having.

Submit the order and check your email then print a copy from your email containing your customer number and order number for your records. A confirmation email will also be sent containing your order information to the email address provided during checkout.
Payment and Shipping
After validation has been sent to us via email in regards to the payment, we will immediately prepare and send your items to the courier for delivery so we can ship it to your preferred delivery address; or prepare the items for meetups and a text message will be sent to you for your order tracker number or confirmation that we are ready to provide the products ordered..
*NOTE:
• Shipping times will be affected during typhoons/ public holidays; couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

Returns & Refunds
All items sold have passed Quality Assurance. But in any case that you have found that there is something wrong with the items you have purchased, please contact us immediately so we can arrange the return and exchange of your purchased product.

If consumable products, must be provided ith valid proof on why product needs to be returned.
